The Langhe Nebbiolo Ginestrino by Conterno Fantino represents the youthful, drinkable face of Nebbiolo, while still reflecting the elegance and terroir of Monforte d’Alba. Grapes come from younger vines in the Ginestra cru, growing on calcareous-clay soils that bring balance and vibrancy to the wine.
Vinification focuses on purity and freshness: fermentation in stainless steel, short maceration, and aging partly in steel and partly in neutral wood. The result is a pure, expressive, and lively Nebbiolo, approachable yet refined.
