This Gevrey-Chambertin Ostrea 2009 is a Cuvée composed of Pinot Noir grapes from the estate's oldest vineyards: an intense and deep territorial red Burgundy wine. The wine shows a ruby red color with garnet hues, while the nose offers hints of red fruit and violet petals. The sip is balanced and full-bodied, thanks also to an important tannic texture and the gluttony of the fruit which makes it more enjoyable.
