Paired with it is Champagne Blues, a refined cuvée produced exclusively for Grandi Bottiglie. Made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged on the lees for at least 36 months, this Champagne offers a fine and persistent perlage, a fresh and fruity bouquet and a pleasantly mineral finish. Cascina Vittoria is a family-run artisanal bakery and farmhouse located in the Lombardy countryside, renowned for producing some of Italy’s finest panettoni.

Led by chef Giovanni Ricciardella, the bakery creates award-winning panettoni using a century-old sourdough starter and top-quality ingredients sourced from the family’s own farm or trusted local producers.

The long natural leavening of four days, combined with the use of Belgian butter, fresh farm eggs and hand-crafted candied fruit, gives each panettone a soft, airy texture and an intense, elegant aroma.

Every step is carried out manually following traditional techniques, ensuring a product that stands out for balance, fragrance and exceptional softness.
