Chassagne Montrachet 2019 is a white wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Thomas Morey using natural methods.

It is made from Chardonnay grapes which come from a single plot located in the far north of the country in the lieu dit Houillères, bordering the first vineyards of Puligny-Montrachet. Vines were planted in 1989 and grow in deep soils with a prevalence of clay and limestone.

Thomas Morey's Chassagne Montrachet 2019 shows to the eye a luminous straw yellow color with golden hues. It expresses on the nose delicate hints of white flowers, pear and apple. The sip is smooth, enveloping, fresh, well balanced, with a savory finish.
