Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons 2019 Domaine Barat 

Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes growing on calcareous clay soil, planted on Kimmeridgian marl, which Domaine Barat cultivates in a sustainable manner with great attention to respect for nature. This Chablis is capable of expressing incredible qualities of fragrance, elegance and minerality. It shows a beautiful, bright straw yellow colour in the glass, while the nose offers a complex and refined bouquet of white flowers, green apple and a salty note. The sip is fresh and concentrated with an elegant finish.
