Champagne Meunier Perpétuel Delouvin Novack
Champagne Perpétuel Meunier Extra Brut is a Champagne blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Meunier, specifically 50% Meunier from the 2017 vintage plus 50% reserve wines using the Solera method.
The grapes come from three different plots but all located in the commune of Valdierese, where the Meunier grape has its best vocation. The three plots have three different soils (one of clay, one of sand and the last of pure chalk), two different exposures (south-east, north-east), at the foot of a forest.
This Champagne is vinified in steel and oak barrels and remains on the lees for a minimum period of 36 months. It has a luminous golden yellow colour and intense aromas of ripe fruit. The sip is focused on the fullness of the fruit and important acidity.
