Champagne Extra Brut Cuvée n. 744 Jacquesson
In the Champagne range of the legendary Maison Jacquesson, we cannot fail to mention this Cuvée No. 744, which is part of the "7" series. Not only are the reserve wines of each vintage used, but also the blend of previous Cuvées. An innovative and revolutionary Champagne, obtained from a blend of Chardonnay 57%, Pinot Meunier 22%, Pinot Noir 21%, grapes coming partly from Dizy, such as Corne Bautray and Terres Rouges, and partly from Avize and Ay. It expresses a splendid intense straw yellow colour, while the nose expresses delicious notes of yellow fruit, citrus fruits, candied fruit, dried fruit and mineral notes. The sip is balanced between freshness and elegance, softness and roundness.
