Champagne Le Sels Mineraux Maison Paul Dangin
Champagne Le Sels Mineraux from Maison Paul Dangin is a fine sparkling wine produced in the Champagne region of France. The grapes used are mainly 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay, cultivated using sustainable and environmentally friendly techniques.
The wine is vinified using the traditional method, i.e. bottle fermentation, and the must is fermented in wooden barrels. After disgorgement, the wine is aged on the lees for a minimum of three years to develop its characteristic aromas and flavours.
Champagne Le Sels Mineraux from Maison Paul Dangin is characterised by its golden colour, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, there are notes of ripe fruit and a slight mineral nuance. In the mouth, the flavour is fresh and fruity, with a delicate acidity that gives the wine excellent structure and persistence. This is an elegant and refined Champagne, perfect to accompany special dinners or to be enjoyed on its own. It goes very well with fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
