Grand Vintage 2008 is a fine wine produced by Boizel. It is made from a blend of the best Chardonnay grapes of the Cote de Blancs and Pinot Noir of the Montagne de Reims with a minimum percentage of Pinot Meunier. It is a Champagne endowed with great elegance and complexity, veteran of 8 years of refinement in bottle before degorgement. Brilliant golden yellow in colour, with a fine, numerous and very persistent perlage, this 2008 Grand Vintage offers a broad bouquet of yeast and brioche, ripe yellow fruit, dried fruit and honey. The taste is rich and structured, well balanced between creaminess and a nice dose of freshness and minerality. An exceptional Champagne to drink on special occasions.
