BOIZEL

Boizel Grandi bottiglie_1.jpegMaison Boizel, traditional and innovative Champagne

Maison Boizel is an important Champagne company that was founded in 1834 in Epernay, in the heart of the Champagne region, by Auguste and Julie Bouzel. Today, after 5 generations, the Maison is run by Evelyne Roquez Boizel and her husband Christophe Roques.

Each heir refers to the traditional principles handed down from generation to generation, such as precision and perseverance applied in all production phases, but which each one has been able to enrich through study, creation and innovation, always trying to keep up with the times, while remaining faithful to family traditions.

Over the years, new practices have been studied in viticulture and oenology that are, however, very careful and respectful of terroir and nature, which must take its course and allow the grapes and therefore the wines to spontaneously develop their characteristics, always in search of the highest quality.

A passion for Champagne and a deep-rooted knowledge of the terroir of Epernay has accompanied the Boizel family from generation to generation, and each heir is involved in all stages of production, from the vineyard to the glass, to give life to authentic and territorial Champagnes.
