Champagne L’Extravertie Pertois‑Lebrun
L’Extravertie from Pertois‑Lebrun is a meticulously crafted Blanc de Blancs Champagne, made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in seven prestigious villages of the Côte des Blancs (including Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Chouilly, Cramant) — offering a true Grand Cru character.
Partially vinified in oak barrels and in stainless steel at controlled temperatures (≈17 °C), it completes malolactic fermentation and spends at least 10 months on fine lees, followed by 36+ months bottle ageing before disgorgement with Extra Brut dosage (3 g/l).
It pours a light golden yellow with subtle amber reflections, unveiling aromas of dried ripe fruit, brioche, pastry cream and chalky mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and refined, with a fine mousse, citrus-driven acidity, and a creamy, harmonious finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or with oysters, seafood, sushi or aged fruity cheeses, L’Extravertie expresses clarity, depth and character with grace and balance.
