Champagne Extra Brut C. de Nature Zero Dosage Perseval-Farge
Extra Brut C. de Nature Zero Dosage is a fine Champagne produced by the Maison Perseval-Farge, the historic winery located in Chamery, a Premier Cru village in the Reims Mountains.
The winery has 4 hectares of vineyards that are cultivated using sustainable and environmentally friendly techniques. The base wines are matured in wooden barrels with around 40% Reserve wines and ageing time on the lees never less than 5 years for the non-vintage, more than 5 years for the vintage wines.
This Champagne, like all those from the Maison Perseval-Ferge, is characterised by great complexity but also a lot of freshness, making it very well-balanced. The nose offers fresh aromas of yellow fruit and citrus fruits that evolve into more complex notes of dried fruit and yeasts.
DENOMINATION: Champagne AOC
REGION: Champagne (France)
GRAPE VARIETIES: 49% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir and 17% Meunier.
