Description

Champagne that combines the sensations of generosity and power with those of mineral and refined. An extraordinarily difficult mix to find in other 100% Pinot Noir champagne.

Francis Boulard produces this champagne from a vineyard plot called "Le Murtet".

It is a vineyard that is based on a calcareous and sandy subsoil, the vineyard is characterized by exclusively biological methods.

Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 5 years on yeasts before being disgorged and bottled again, without adding any liqueur d'expedition.

A mineral wine, fresh but rich and generous.
