Champagne Blanc de Noirs NV is a fine Champenoise method sparkling wine produced by Piconnet. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which come from vineyards located in Neuville-sur-Seine, almost on the border with Burgundy. Area of the Champagne region suitable for the production of Pinot Noir, which if vinified in purity as in this Blanc de Noirs, is able to offer structured Champagne with a particularly fruity profile. The color is bright straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers a bouquet of fruit, flowers and citrus notes. In the mouth it is velvety and mineral, balanced and persistent. A beautiful example of Champagne that stands out for its character and territoriality.
