Champagne Vintage 2004 Louis Roederer
Louis Roederer Vintage 2004 is a fine Champagne produced by the historic and renowned Maison of Louis Roederer. It is a cuvée obtained from the three typical Champagne grape varieties (pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay) from the 2004 vintage and matured for four or five years on its own sediment plus six months of ageing in the cellar. To the eye it presents a straw yellow colour with clear and vivid gold highlights, while the nose offers a complex bouquet of dried fruit, spices and ripe fruit, together with notes of chocolate biscuits with toasted nuances. In the mouth this Champagne is rich, dense and structured, at the same time elegant and very persistent.
