Chablis Reserve de Vaudon by Joseph Drouhin is a pure, elegant expression of northern Burgundy’s famed terroir, known for producing steely, mineral-driven whites.
Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on kimmeridgian soils rich in marine fossils, the wine is crafted following organic and biodynamic principles, cultivated with care at the family’s Domaine de Vaudon estate.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel on fine lees, it preserves freshness, purity and finesse.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color and a focused bouquet of lemon, green apple, white flowers, flint and sea breeze salinity. The palate is tense, linear and vibrant, with crisp minerality and a clean, persistent finish.
Ideal with oysters, raw seafood, shellfish, white fish and fresh cheeses.
