Cap Sur Le Blanc is a 100% Chardonnay white wine from a single parcel cultivated on clay and limestone soils. This natural Beaujolais wine is certified organic. It comes from the Dutraive cellar.

Fermented in used wood and no added sulphur, an unfiltered wine with great character and an intense and enjoyable palate. Excellent fatness without losing precision.

Cap Sur Le Blanc 2020 Famille Dutraive

Since the 2019 vintage, Jean-Louis Dutraive has ventured into the production of white wines, in this case 100% Chardonnay for this 2020 vintage.

Aided and advised by Jean-François Ganevat, this natural Chardonnay is a great success, endowed with a beautiful minerality and personality.

On the palate, the wine is balanced on juicy white fruits with an enveloping substance without excess. A cuvée produced in very small quantities. 

To be served no colder than 12 degrees and paired with savoury dishes.
