Brunello di Montalcino Docg 2016 La Casaccia is a lively and elegant version of Brunello, able to express perfectly the terroir of this area through a great balance between body and structure and great minerality.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks with delicate daily pumping-over, with maceration on the skins for 25 days, while ageing takes place for 36 months in 25 hl Slavonian oak casks.

The Brunello di Montalcino La Casaccia 2016 of Canalicchio di Sopra has a ruby red colour with garnet reflections, while the nose expresses scents of spices and red fruit, for a structured, warm and enveloping sip supported by an important but silky tannic texture.
