Amarone Riserva Ca’ Florian 2010 Tommasi
The Ca’ Florian Riserva by Tommasi is a flagship Amarone from one of the Valpolicella region’s most renowned producers. Sourced from the best hillside vineyards in the Classica zone, this wine is made with hand-selected Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, dried for four months before vinification.
It undergoes a long aging process: 1 year in barriques, 3 years in large Slavonian oak casks, and further bottle maturation. The result is a rich and refined red wine, with aromas of dried cherries, plums, tobacco, cocoa, and spice, and a palate that is silky, structured, and lingering.
Ideal with roasted meats, aged cheeses, or as a meditation wine, this Amarone can age gracefully for decades.
