The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry “Nadin” by Foss Marai is a refined and expressive sparkling wine from the heart of the Valdobbiadene DOCG. It offers an ideal balance between fruit intensity and freshness, with the delicate sweetness typical of Extra Dry styles.
Crafted from hand-harvested Glera grapes, Nadin undergoes a long Charmat process to ensure finesse, aromatic complexity, and elegant perlage. This cuvée is a tribute to grace and balance, with a modern, vibrant style.
On the nose, Nadin opens with aromas of white flowers, green apple, pear, citrus peel and ripe peach. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy, with a fine bubble texture and a fruity, gently sweet finish that is both refreshing and persistent.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with seafood starters, light pasta dishes, grilled vegetables or fresh cheeses. Thanks to its structure and elegance, it’s also a great choice for festive moments or romantic dinners.
