This 19 Blanc in 2 is a Spanish white wine made using natural methods by Laureano Serres Montagut, who has become a reference in the field of natural wines in Spain. In 2002 he forgot to add sulphur dioxide to one of the vats for ageing but realised that he had obtained more expressive and still stable wines, so he continued to make wine naturally. This wine is made from the Macabeo grape variety and comes from three different wines: the first one has one week of maceration, the second one has two weeks of maceration and the third one is pressed directly with two weeks of fermentation. Refinement takes place in amphora for two months.
