100% Chenin - White wine
From the best exposed parcel of the vineyards of Mathieu,
with a soil full of skeleton. Explosion of rock and bread, mandarin and candied fruit, sugar and minerality of all
the types, a prelude to a mouth of great charm and charisma, rich in acidity and sweetness supported by the mineral momentum and saline depth. On dishes of a certain importance and fatness, from cheese to shellfish, from sauteed fish to white meat. Fermentation and aging in tonneaux
for 12 months.
