Volcano Bianco 2018 is a natural Sicilian wine produced by Monterosso. It is made from 100% Carricante grapes, an autochthonous variety of the region, from plants that grow on the lowest altitudes of Etna, on soils of volcanic origin that give the wines wonderful mineral hints. Vinified in steel, this wine is produced according to principles of biodynamic and natural agriculture, with no added chemicals. The Volcano Bianco Monterosso is a bright straw yellow wine, with a subtle and delicate nose of citrus fruits such as lime, white flowers, notes of vegetable herbs, mineral salts. The sip is more complex and intense, with the same aromas perceived on the nose, a long and savory sip.
