Valpolicella Classico 2020 Antolini
Valpolicella Classico is the basic wine of Antolini's range, the one that speaks to us in the simplest and most straightforward way about the terroir of Valpolicella. It is made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, which come in part from older vineyards planted in 1970 and in part from more recent vineyards.
Grapes ferment spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts with maceration in skins for about one week followed by 9 to 11 months of aging in steel tanks.
To the eye this wine shows a bright ruby red color, while to the nose it expresses fresh aromas of flowers and red fruit, for a pleasant sip, with soft tannins and a nice freshness.
