Trebbiano d'Abruzzo "bianchi grilli per la testa" 2019 is a natural wine from Abruzzo produced by Torre dei Beati. It is made from 100% Trebbiano grapes, one of the few native varieties grown by the winery, processed with organic methods in full respect for the environment.

The vinification process includes a cold maceration on skins for few days, then separation of skins and fermentation of must in steel tanks and, for a small part, in acacia tonneau for 11 months followed by 8 months in bottle.

Straw yellow color with golden hues, expresses intense and refined aromas of white and yellow flowers, yellow fruit, with pleasing hints of white pepper and chamomile. The taste is well balanced between acidity and roundness, agreeable, good body and pretty persistent.
