Timorasso Diletto 2020 Pomodolce is a white wine from Piedmont produced by Pomodolce winery. It is made from 100% Timorasso grapes that come from estate-owned vineyards, worked according to organic farming principles: after the grapes are harvested by hand, the must ferments spontaneously and then the wine matures in steel tanks for 10 months.

Intense straw yellow in colour, Diletto Timorasso 2020 by Pomodolce expresses an intense nose of white fruit, citrus fruits and mineral notes. The palate fully expresses the characteristics of the vine, with a strength that is expressed through a full and structured sip, balanced by a nice sapidity and a bitter finish.
