Savigny-Les-Beaune 2020 Petit Roy

Savigny-Les-Beaune 2020 is a white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Petit Roy using biodynamic methods. The 100% Chardonnay grapes come from vines cultivated according to biodynamic farming methods from the village of the same name. The wine is vinified whole cluster, with its own yeasts and very little pumping over. It is then matured in wooden barrels for 11 months. Finally, the wine is bottled without any clarification or filtration. It is a fresh, clean and immediate white wine with strong fruit.
