Pierre Yves Colin is a producer of Chassagne Montrachet, a small company of about 6 hectares that today produces about 70,000 bottles of which 2/3 are made from grapes owned by the estate and 1/3 from grapes purchased, processed and vinified with care and according to sustainable principles for the protection of the environment. Especially important are its white wines, designed for long ageing.
