The 2018 Saint Aubin Premier Cru "Derrière Chez Edouard" is a fine wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Hubert Lamy. A white wine of great elegance and aromaticity made from Chardonnay grapes, it is aged in wood for at least 18 months. It expresses a bouquet of fruit, flowers and honey for a rich, soft and persistent sip.

Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Clos de la Chatenière 2018 Hubert Lamy 

The 2018 Saint Aubin Premier Cru Clos de la Chatenière is a fine Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Hubert Lamy. The Chardonnay grapes come from 40-year-old vines that sit on shallow, pebble-rich limestone soil with a southern exposure and 40% slope at 280-300m altitude.

The fermentation takes place spontaneously for 90 days in 300l and 600l barrels with temperature control, followed by aging for 12 months in 300l and 600l barrels.

Domaine Hubert Lamy's Saint-Aubin 1er Cru "Clos de la Chatenière 2018" expresses an intense golden yellow color in the glass, while the nose expresses a complex bouquet made of hints of yellow fruit, honey and vanilla. The sip is deep and mineral.
