Riesling Grand Cru "Schoenenbourg" 2016 is a natural French wine produced by Domaine Bott-Geyl. The production philosophy of this Domaine is based on biodynamic and natural viticulture, where each wine must carry the character and personality of the individual parcel from which it comes.

Bott-Geyl's range of Alsatian wines varies from full-bodied and important products to simpler bottles, while maintaining the same standard of quality and reflecting the innate characteristics of the terroir of origin. But in the case of this bottle we are talking about one of Domaine Bott-Geyl's excellences: the Riesling Grand Cru "Schoenenbourg" comes from one of Alsace's most renowned terroirs, characterised by a steep slope and a subsoil in which we find marl, stoneware and many mineral elements, an environment suitable for growing Rieslings of great aromatic complexity, just like this one.

Bright straw yellow in colour, it has an intense and complex nose of tropical fruit, white flowers, herbs, smoky and mineral notes. The sip is powerful and aromatic, with a very long persistence. This wine has great ageing potential.
