Réva is a rising star in the Langhe wine scene, located in Monforte d’Alba in the heart of the Barolo denomination. The estate was relaunched in 2013 under new ownership and the skilled guidance of winemaker Gianluca Colombo, quickly gaining acclaim for its refined and terroir-driven wines.
Réva cultivates vineyards organically and follows a low-intervention philosophy in the cellar. Grapes come from prestigious plots across several Barolo villages, including Cannubi, Lazzarito, and Ravera, along with estate-owned vineyards in Monforte, Serralunga, and Grinzane Cavour.
Barolo is the winery’s flagship, crafted through spontaneous fermentations, long macerations with submerged cap, and aging in large Austrian oak casks (Stockinger), followed by extended bottle rest. Réva also makes fine examples of Dolcetto, Barbera, Langhe Nebbiolo, and a fresh Langhe Bianco.
The estate is also known for its luxurious wine resort, reflecting the same blend of tradition and innovation as the wines. Réva’s mission is to produce authentic, age-worthy, and elegant wines that speak clearly of their origin.
