The Dessus 2018 by Piantagrossa is an elegant and complex Nebbiolo Picotendro from the high terraces of Valle d’Aosta. Aromas of red fruits, cherry, nutmeg, cloves, and hints of quinine. Harmonious on the palate with refined tannins and a persistent, spicy finish. Ideal with rabbit dishes or delicate meats.
