Domaine Fiona Leroy is an independent estate founded in December 2017, born from a desire for freedom and authenticity. Located on the hills of Dezize-Les-Maranges in southern Côte de Beaune, the domaine covers 2.7 hectares across Dezize, Sampigny and Cheilly, a diverse area with woods, rivers, pastures and rich biodiversity. Each plot has its own identity and rhythm, carefully managed by Fiona Leroy through manual work and biodynamic practices to ensure healthy vines and quality grapes.

The philosophy of the winemaker emphasizes respect for terroir and fauna, avoiding chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. Biodynamic preparations, moon-phase work, and natural plant infusions (horsetail, nettle, yarrow) protect against disease. Guyot Poussard pruning ensures vine health and low yields. Grapes are hand-harvested and transported in small crates to preserve their integrity.

In the cellar, Fiona Leroy applies an artisanal approach: spontaneous fermentation, aging in old barrels, and minimal sulfur additions only when necessary. No selected yeast or artificial enological products are used. The result is wines with freshness, elegance and complexity, reflecting the Maranges terroir and the winemaker’s dedication. The small-scale production guarantees that each bottle is a treasure of authenticity and character, perfect for lovers of natural, finely crafted Burgundy wines.
