Founded in 1992 by Peter Weimer in Novello, in the heart of Italy’s Langhe region, Cascina Ebreo is a winery with a clear mission: to produce authentic, artisanal wines free from market conventions, able to express the unique personality of the terroir. Initially guided by Peter’s vision of experimentation and natural winemaking, today the winery is managed by a team of young winemakers who embrace the philosophy of minimal intervention, using native yeasts and avoiding chemicals, respecting nature and the land.

The vineyards cover three hectares in the prestigious MGA Ravera, one of the most renowned hills in the Langhe. The soils, composed of laminated Sant’Agata marl with the right balance of silt and clay, impart sapidity, freshness, and complexity to the wines. Here, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Sauvignon Blanc, and Malvasia Moscata Piemontese thrive, each variety carefully selected to express the character of the terroir. This holistic approach to viticulture, combined with low-intervention winemaking, results in wines that are elegant, long-lived, and unmistakably expressive.
