Natural Wine Pouilly Fuisse Les Reisses 2017
Pouilly Fuisse Les Reisses 2017 is a fine wine produced by the Domaine Denogent, in a natural way with no added sulphites. It is obtained from vineyards over 70 years old that come from an area of 0.5 hectares located in Fuissé. The vinification, natural without intervention in the vineyard or in the cellar and without added sulphites or chemical substances, takes place in third and fourth passage wooden barrels, as well as the aging of two years in the same barrels. Pouilly Fuisse Les Reisses shows a deep golden yellow color, while the nose expresses hints of delicate white flowers, fruit and touches of honey. In the mouth it is warm and fresh at the same time, salty and elegant: a very particular Chardonnay, which can be kept for a few years in the cellar.
