Pinot Noir 2021 Grosjean
Pinot Noir 2021 is a fine wine produced by Grosjean. It is a wine with personality and very territorial, it reflects the terroir of Valle d'Aosta which is the Italian region most suited for the production of Pinot Noir, of which this wine is entirely made of. Here, in fact, this grape can be considered as almost autochthonous rather than international, and it grows on plants located between 600 and 800m of altitude enjoying excellent exposure and good temperature ranges. Grosjean's 2021 Pinot Noir has an intense ruby red color, while the nose releases fruity and fragrant aromas of fresh fruits such as raspberry and strawberry, and then gives way to more evolved notes of leather and toast. The taste is full and balanced, with fruity and vegetal aromas and a tannin which needs time to refine. A wine with character which tells about mountains and heroic viticulture, of which are produced about 3500 bottles per year.
