Pecorino 2018 Emidio Pepe
Pecorino 2018 is a fine wine from Abruzzo produced by Emidio Pepe. It is obtained from pure Pecorino grapes processed according to traditional biodynamic principles: the grapes are pressed with the feet and then it is vinified in white with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks. After a few months of rest, the wine is then bottled without filtration. With an intense straw color, Emidio Pepe's Pecorino expresses aromas of yellow fruit, flowers, herbaceous and mineral notes on the nose. The sip is rich and mineral, very persistent. A powerful white wine with a strong personality.

VINIFICATION: Biodynamic vinification: foot-pressing in a wooden tank, spontaneous fermentation in a vitrified concrete tank. No filtration and 18 months aging in vitrified cement tanks.
