Pas Operé 2017 Bellavista
Pas Operé 2017 is Bellavista’s purest and most essential Franciacorta, a wine that strips away all excess to reveal the raw elegance of its terroir. A vintage Pas Dosé, crafted without added sugar and aged for over 72 months on the lees, it embodies the maison’s pursuit of precision and depth.
Made from a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, harvested from the estate’s finest hillside vineyards. Part of the base wine is aged in small oak barrels before blending and long maturation on the lees.
The result is a luminous pale gold wine with ultra-fine bubbles. The nose reveals citrus peel, chalk, roasted hazelnut, white flowers and dry pastry. The palate is tense, saline, dry and focused, with a long, clean finish marked by slight bitterness and mineral grip.
Ideal for true connoisseurs, it shines with refined cuisine or slow sipping.
