The result is extraordinary: a powerful, fruity, and flavorful rum that embodies the complexity and balance of the great Rums of history. With aromatic notes of ripe fruit, caramelized banana, and pineapple, complemented by earthy spices, the Nose anticipates a complex and sweet Palate. The latter unfolds with elegant hints of leather, enriched by exotic notes of papaya and herbal spices.
The Finish is a crescendo of sensory experience, characterized by a subtle dance between white pepper and pineapple juice, supported by a persistent return of ripe fruit. This limited edition, comprised of only 980 bottles and bottled in November 2022 at a robust 57% alcohol by volume, is a testament to Max Righi's distillation artistry and the richness of rum heritage.
