Ognostro Bianco is a white wine from Campania produced by Marco Tinessa using natural methods. This label is Marco's first white wine made in his new cellar on the outskirts of Milan, obtained from 100% Fiano grapes coming from the plot in Lapio (AV), and which are transported by truck to Milan the same day they are harvested. Marco does not use chemicals and his interventions in the cellar are minimal, the fermentations are spontaneous with 2 days of maceration on the skins. It is an incredibly balanced and harmonious white wine, characterised by hints of ripe yellow fruit, balsamic hints and Middle Eastern spices. The taste is balanced between structure and richness and a nice dose of freshness. Produced in minimum quantities.
