Langhe Nebbiolo 2014 is a red wine from Piedmont produced by Elio Filippino. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a 12-day maceration. Ageing takes place in 25 and 30 hectolitre Slavonian oak casks for a period of 12/15 months plus a further 6 months in bottle before release. Elio Filippino's Langhe Nebbiolo 2014 shows a garnet red colour in the glass, while the nose offers fruity and floral aromas of raspberry and violet. The sip is full-bodied, intense and elegant.
