Moray St Denis Blanc En La Rue De Vergy 2017 is a fine French wine from the Burgundy region produced by Domaine Bruno Clair. The Chardonnay grapes come from a unique terroir located below Bonnes-Mares, characterized by the absence of the soil, but only underground where the roots of the plant sink between layers of rock and stone in search of nourishment and water. This allows an incredible enrichment of the aromatic equipment of the grapes, which release intense aromas of mineral salts. After pressing, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in whole bunches of up to 40%, in new barriques up to 30% for 18 months, then a short settling in steel before bottling. Moray St Denis Blanc En La Rue De Vergy 2017 is a refined and balanced wine with a mainly fruity and mineral profile, with great freshness and creaminess and good predisposition to aging.
