Merlot Cortona Vion 2017 Paolo Magi

Merlot Cortona Vion 2017 is a Tuscan red wine produced by the Paolo Magi winery. This wine expresses itself at the sight of a beautiful ruby red colour with garnet reflections. The nose reveals fruity aromas of black cherry, plum and currant, followed by herbaceous notes. The taste is soft, structured and pleasant, thanks to the presence of a silky tannic texture but balanced by a strong acidity. On the palate, the notes of fresh fruit that we had perceived on the nose are perceived, for a long finish with returns of black fruit and liquorice. A very pleasant and tasty red wine, worked in an artisanal manner in line with Paolo Mari's company philosophy, with the utmost care and attention to the environment and to obtaining the highest quality from the grapes.
