Macon Fuissé "Les Taches" 2017 is a fine Burgundy wine, produced by domaine Robert Denogent according to natural methods, without the addition of sulphites. It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes from a vineyard of about 25 years of age located in the municipality of Fuissè, on soils rich in clay and silt. It spontaneously ferments in wood and ages for 18 months in oak barrels. "Les Taches" Macon Fuissè shows an intense straw yellow color, tending towards golden. The nose gives hints of butter, hawthorn flowers, aromatic herbs and dried fruit. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a long salty finish. A classic Chardonnay from southern Burgundy: tangy and direct.
