Lessona DOC 2016 Proprietà Sperino

Sperino Lessona Nebbiolo DOC is a refined wine, complex and very pleasing when young, however with aging it will surely develop a great harmony. It is obtained from manual harvesting and traditional fermentation in boxes. Intense ruby red color and a bit dark, it expresses delicate and elegant aromas to the nose, with hints of fresh fruit such as cherries and strawberries, violets and balsamic notes and a final trail of iodine notes. The taste is fresh and well structured, with fine and well blended tannins. It is enjoyable now, but will reach its apex and harmony only after some years of aging.
