Flavio Roddolo is a wine grower from Monforte d'Alba in the Langhe region of Italy. He is deeply rooted in the land and is convinced that it is the terroir, more than anything else, that determines the character of the wine. Dolcetto is one of his most famous wines, a difficult and less profitable grape but which in his hands expresses itself at sensational levels.
