The Langhe Nebbiolo Martinenga 2021 by Marchesi di Grésy is an elegant and vibrant expression of Nebbiolo, sourced from the prestigious Martinenga cru in Barbaresco. It represents a more immediate and accessible take on the grape, without sacrificing the finesse that characterizes this historic vineyard.

Harvested from select plots within Martinenga, with marl-rich soils and favorable exposure, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel with shorter maceration than the Barbaresco range. It is then aged for about 5–6 months in large oak casks, followed by bottle rest.

The 2021 vintage reveals aromas of rose petals, fresh cherry, raspberry, and gentle spice. The palate is linear, with refined tannins, bright acidity, and a clean, mineral finish.
