The Le Cese 2015 Collecapretta Selection

"Le Cese" 2015 is a natural wine produced by the Collecapretta winery, located in the town of Spoleto, Umbria. It is obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes, grown in the hills on a clayey espalier soil, a traditional farming system used by the Spoletini farmers. Produced in total respect of the terroir and traditions, this wine ferments spontaneously and refines in cement tanks, without any use of chemical substances. Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, "Le Cese" di Collecapretta is a fresh and simpler wine when young, but is able to enrich itself over the years expressing a complex boquet of cherry and violet, leather, roots and earth. In the mouth it expresses a beautiful freshness and long persistence.

Collecapretta is a natural wine estate located in Spoleto, Umbria. At the base of their production there is the respect and enhancement of the territory, with the cultivation of native vines such as Trebbiano Spoletino, vineyard management and winemaking far from the use of any chemical substance. Collecapretta is one of the most interesting natural wineries in Italy.
