This 100% Marselan wine embodies Domaine de la Mordorée's commitment to Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture Demeter, with completely manual harvesting and selection.
The vines grow on sandy soils with a hint of clay, imparting a unique complexity to the wine. In the cellar, vinification and aging strictly follow organic and biodynamic methods, using indigenous yeasts and keeping sulfite additions to a minimum. From destemming to pressing, each phase is carefully managed with temperature control.
The result is an authentic wine that embodies the distinctive character of Marselan. The Remise de la Mordorée captivates with its deep ruby red color and a complex bouquet of red and black fruits. On the palate, it stands out for its roundness and vibrant fruitiness, with a balanced structure.
