The Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Puits de Chaux 2021 from Clair Obscur embodies a family legacy and a passion for authentic wine. In 2006, a couple decided to revive the grandfather’s vineyard, starting with a small 30-are plot in Corpeau, at the southern end of the Côte d’Or. Over time, this journey expanded to 3.5 hectares, cultivated with a biodynamic and organic approach inspired by natural wine pioneers.
This wine represents a profound respect for nature and winemaking: no enological products, just the pure expression of the juice to capture the essence of the terroir. The Puits de Chaux 2021 offers a convivial and authentic experience, blending quality and pleasure.
